Naming Opportunity

The concept of honoring important people by naming a street, square, park, building, etc. after them is an age old and popular way of paying tribute. The 57357 Naming Opportunity program is a modification of this custom. It offers either medical equipment or part of the hospital building (clinics, rooms, whole departments and even specific programs) to be named after an organization, company or individual for a specified value according to the area selected. This value is based upon the relative expense of building, operating needs, and upon the visibility of the area.

Donations exceeding L.E. 10,000: could be either paid fully or in installments over a maximum period of two years. Donors are invited to choose among available areas, rooms or equipment the value of which is matching the amount they are willing to donate.

Donations less than L.E. 10,000 with a minimum amount of L.E.500: to be paid in full to cover cost of medical tools. In gratitude, the name of the Donor is stated on the Hospital’s website, and a formal recognition letter is remitted to him acknowledging his life ownership of the said medical instrument.

We have also added two other projects that donors can purchase a naming opportunity from:

1. The 57357 Tanta  Pediatric Oncology Unit is well under construction and you can help by purchasing a naming opportunity.

2. The Association of Friends of the National Cancer Institute which is the organization that built CCHE 57357 and whose mission it is to support projects for Egyptian cancer patients has undertaken to build an outpatient clinic for the National Cancer Institute.  You can support this worthy effort by purchasing a naming opportunity through our website.

A list about available areas and medical equipments is available on these pages according to price range requested. A contract will be signed after choosing and paying a down payment with the remainder to be paid in instalments over a specified time period. The procedure is simple and the reward great. Plaques are placed close to the chosen area or equipment location with the specified wording the donor wishes. The plaque is a long-term acknowledgement of the donor’s generosity.
